Project Victory Call Initiative [aka PVC-Naija], a non-Governmental Organisation is a Political Advocacy and Education Initiative, interfacing with the electorates on the need to cross the dividing lines and forge towards nation building.

To ensure electorates are organized in a way to become deciding stakeholders in the Nigeria power equation.
